```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. This is an important role that requires strong surveillance skills, conflict management abilities, and a commitment to upholding the law.

```Duties:```
- Patrol assigned areas and monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Act as a deterrent to unauthorized individuals by maintaining a visible presence
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
- Operate CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Escort individuals to specified locations or provide personal protection as needed
- Enforce rules and regulations in a professional manner
- Provide assistance during emergency situations

```Requirements:```
- Valid security guard certificate/license
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Proven experience in surveillance or law enforcement is a plus
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to emergencies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
